Their strategic approach to repurposing organic waste into valuable products like insect oil, BSFL fertiliser, and chitin, allows them to foster innovation across various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and bioplastics. This commitment underscores the need for a dynamic visual identity that embodies their expertise and sets them apart as industry leaders.
Approach
Building upon the transformative potential of Dapibus's pioneering biotech solutions, we embarked on a journey to redefine the company's visual identity. Inspired by the intricate allure of a Black Soldier Fly's eyes, with their mesmerising hexagonal patterns, we carefully curated a striking and contemporary visual language that extends to dynamic compositions, captivating animations, and exceptional art direction, resulting in a cohesive and iconic brand presence.

Remaining true to its essence, Dapibus has preserved its core identity while undergoing a remarkable visual transformation boasting a bold and captivating aesthetic that aligns with the company's vision. The Black Soldier Fly’s eyes motif permeates the entire visual language, from intricate patterns to diverse colour schemes: Its iridescent hues dictate the vibrant palettes dedicated to each product, while packaging applications feature gradient translations of this geometric inspiration. Macro-photography captures textures and contrasts in meticulous detail, emulating the fly's perspective and creating a cohesive visual narrative.
